Amends2024-012An Ordinance Establishing a Short-Term Rental Registration Certificate ProgramBE IT ORDAINED that Ordinance 2024-012, Section 4(a), is hereby amended to read: 'No Short-Term Rental Registration Certificate shall be issued for any dwelling unit unless the registrant is an owner-occupant of the dwelling, defined as a person who maintains the dwelling as their primary residence for not less than 270 days per calendar year.'
