BE IT ORDAINED that no dwelling unit within the City of Harbor Ridge shall be offered for short-term rental, defined as occupancy by paying guests for periods of fewer than thirty (30) consecutive days, without first obtaining a Short-Term Rental Registration Certificate from the Department of Code Enforcement. Application requirements, registration fees, occupancy limits, and inspection standards shall be as set forth in Title 5, Chapter 7, Article II.
