Establishing a moratorium on short-term rental permits pending zoning review

BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Harbor Ridge hereby establishes a 180-day moratorium on the issuance of new short-term rental registration certificates, effective immediately, to allow the Planning Commission to complete its review of zoning standards governing transient lodging in residential districts.
