Authorizing the Mayor to execute a contract with Atlantic Engineering for Harbor Bridge structural assessment

BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of the City of Harbor Ridge, a Professional Services Agreement with Atlantic Engineering, LLC, in an amount not to exceed $245,000, for structural assessment and load-rating services for the Harbor Bridge, as presented in Exhibit A.
