BE IT ORDAINED that no person shall engage in construction activity producing noise audible beyond the property line of the construction site within any R-1, R-2, or R-3 zoning district except between the hours of 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM on Saturdays. Sunday construction is prohibited except for emergency repair. Permit-issued exceptions may be granted by the Director of Public Works upon written request.
