BE IT ORDAINED that Section 8-204 of the Harbor Ridge Municipal Code is hereby amended to require that all construction projects disturbing 5,000 square feet of land area or more shall comply with the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection 2024 Stormwater Management Standards, including the use of green infrastructure techniques where site conditions permit, and shall provide a long-term operation and maintenance plan as a condition of construction permit issuance.
